Cancellation Policy

Course Cancellation by Logam Academy: In the event that Logam Academy cancels a course or program for any reason, enrolled students will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation by the Student: If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course or program, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellations made 10 days before the start date of the course will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after the start date of the course may be subject to a prorated refund based on the duration of the course completed.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 5% of the course duration has elapsed.

Refund Processing: Once your refund request is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, Logam Academy may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
